I can feel it on my skin,
It's tickling,
and prickling.
Wants to make me laugh.
Can you feel it?
on your skin,
Till the lights dim,
Totally out.
Are your the hero
we need,
the hero,
We asked for?
Are you the hero,
we want,
what we yearned for?
Where are the heroes,
we asked for,
the ones,
that give out kindness?
Where is the one,
we need,
whom we earned?
Are your hero
we need,
the hero,
We asked for?
Are you the hero,
we want,
what we yearned for?
The world gone,
Totally mad,
It's so bad,
it makes it sad.
Yet some people laugh!
And make fun.
Where is the world going?
With sadness,
and death.
Where is the world flowing,
Rapes
and theft.
The worlds gone,
out of it's mind,
out of our time,
and no one wants it.
What did we do?
To our world,
it makes me cry-hy.
Are your hero
we need,
the hero,
We asked for?
Are you the hero,
we want,
what we yearned for?
(fading end)
And yet they laugh,
and yet they laugh.
At the sadness and theft,
the death!

Do you have music from this song?
It would be great to hearing this with some country music,
Just like “god’s gonna cut you down” by Johnny Cash.
Yeah, like everybody is telling, it would be nice if you make change the part of are you hero for “are you the hero?”
I liked the chorus a lot! You have some working on the lyrics ike in here:
It would be are you THE hero, not "are your hero" but besides that this is a really good chorus, I'd like to hear a melody for it. I just start automatically thinking of the script when I read the lyrics. Very their style.
this deserves a gold star=)
Hi there! This is good, really good. It's real. Down to earth.
I could see everything you were trying to describe.
The rhymes were pretty good.
You keep repeating this sentence this way. I think it's gramatically incorrect. Shouldn't it be : are you the hero? Did you just typed it wrong? Because in the other lines were you refer hero you always put "the".
that's all I have to say.
Keep writing!
This song was pretty good but not your best. I think you need to work on the lyrics more. I think this should be in the poem section.
Wow, I liked it. Like -trying to find a good word- it was as if I was there witnessing the things you said in your song. Nice work!
